General Fabrication and Spare Parts
We fabricate, machine and supply all spare parts & their drives.
This includes:
- Casting and machining of all spares
- Couplings
- Engine bushes
- Vee-belts
- Bearings
- Pulleys
- Among many others.
Conveyor Systems
We fabricate new conveyor frames and fit the conveyors that have existing frames. These conveyors can be fitted on the floor or movable with wheels. We also supply the wire mesh conveyors that are used in the withering trough. These conveyors feed consistent withering to the CTC, OFU drier units.
Motors and Motor Covers
We supply all sizes of motors and motor covers. We replace the shaft and recondition worn-out parts of the motor. We also supply geared motors which are used in different sections of the factory.
The Withering Sifter
This is a machine of different sizes depending on specifications. This is a full metal construction machine with rollers that shake the tray. It helps in sieving fibre, stalk and dust from the withered leaf improving the quality of the tea.
Dust and small particles can’t pass through since the shaker has holes. The impact of the sieve is higher (added bar) that further captures the minute objects.
Fibre Extractors and Withering Trough
We fabricate and offer installation of all types of fibre extractors and withering trough.
Hoppers
We fabricate hoppers of different sizes in our workshop. This includes double hoppers and triple hoppers.
Tea Packer
We fabricate and supply tea packing machines.
GI Sheets & Stainless Steel
These are the most common types of sheets we work with. Different gauges of sheets can be obtained from stores and welded to the required standard and recommended finished product. We fabricate items like sheets for claddings, conveyors, gutters, tanks and many others.
Boiler Fans
We fabricate different boiler fans i.e. boiler ID fans and boiler FD fans. The fans are also balanced after fabrication to enhance efficiency of the heat exchangers.
Gear Cutting and Sprockets
Gears of different sizes can also be fitted in different gearboxes. This includes the cut gearbox and geared motors. We bore sprockets cut to key way as per the requirements.
Rotor Vane
We supply and offer services on maintenance of rotor vanes and thresher rollers used in tea maceration before it gets to the CTC unit.
